Dividends distributed at the end of each annual management are subject to the taxation of the country of origin, which may deduct the 10% withholding made by the company as withholding agent.
The fund’s participation has a minimum denomination of USD 20,000 paid successively upon signing a contract and subsequently formalized at a duly notarized shareholders’ meeting.
